How we handle emergencies

We believe in transparent, upfront conversations about money, so you feel informed rather than ambushed. Clear, straightforward information: no surprises and no hidden fees.

We accept most insurance plans and offer third-party financing to make treatment reachable. Major credit cards, checks and cash are all fine. If a number is difficult, say so. That conversation is a normal part of the appointment.

Dr. Romero and Dr. Daboin are married, trained in Venezuela and Minnesota, and own the practice themselves. You will not be handed to a rotating locum.

  1. You're welcomed in

    If you have not completed your forms online, we will ask you to finish them when you arrive. An assistant shows you round and asks what brought you in today.

  2. We look properly

    We take the X-rays we need, and a hygienist measures the health of your gums. Nothing here hurts.

  3. You hear what we found

    Dr. Romero or Dr. Daboin examines you, walks you through the X-rays on screen, and explains what they see and why it matters. Ask anything.

  4. You get the number

    Our treatment coordinator takes you to a private room, goes through the plan, verifies your benefits, and gives you the cost before you commit to anything.

  • I haven’t been to a dentist in years. Will you lecture me?

    No. This comes up more than any other question, and the answer never changes: we are not here to make you feel bad about the past. Plenty of our patients arrive after five, ten, fifteen years away. We look at where things are now, tell you plainly what we see, and agree a plan you are comfortable with. Nobody at this practice is going to sigh at you.

  • How much is this going to cost?

    You will know before anything begins. After your exam, our treatment coordinator sits down with you privately, goes through the plan, verifies your insurance benefits, and gives you the out-of-pocket figure in writing. No surprises and no hidden fees. If the number is difficult, say so. That is what the payment plans are for.

  • Do you take my insurance?

    We accept most plans, including PPO options such as Ameritas, Cigna, Humana, Principal, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare. We also take major credit cards, checks and cash, and offer third-party financing through Cherry with 0% APR options for those who qualify.   • I’m in pain right now. Can I be seen today?

    Call us on (407) 593-0600. We hold time for emergencies and offer same-day appointments to both new and existing patients whenever we can. If you have a severe toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or think you may have fractured your jaw, phone the practice rather than booking online. We will get you in faster.
