Your forms
Once your appointment is booked we send a secure link. Filling it in at home means we can start on time, and you are not writing your medical history on a clipboard in a waiting room.

What to bring
Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent X-rays from another practice, bring those too and we may not need to retake them.

Tell us if you are nervous
Say so when you book. We will plan the appointment around it, go at your pace, and sedation is available if you want it. It changes the visit completely and it costs nothing to mention.

Bringing a child
We see children from around age three. First visits are short and mostly about getting comfortable in the chair. You are welcome to stay beside them the whole time.
What actually happens on your first visit.
About an hour, start to finish. No surprises in the appointment, and none on the invoice. You see the cost before you agree to anything.

If you have not completed your forms online, we will ask you to finish them when you arrive. An assistant shows you round and asks what brought you in today.

We look properly
We take the X-rays we need, and a hygienist measures the health of your gums. Nothing here hurts.

You hear what we found
Dr. Romero or Dr. Daboin examines you, walks you through the X-rays on screen, and explains what they see and why it matters. Ask anything.

You get the number
Our treatment coordinator takes you to a private room, goes through the plan, verifies your benefits, and gives you the cost before you commit to anything.

Same-day emergency appointments when we can. Most insurance accepted, financing available, and a straight answer about cost before anything begins.
