These terms cover the use of this website and the messages we send you. They are not your treatment plan and they are not a substitute for what your dentist tells you in the chair.

Using this site
Everything here is general information about dentistry and about this practice. It is not a diagnosis and it is not clinical advice for your mouth. Nothing on this site creates a dentist–patient relationship; that starts at an examination.
If you are in pain, if something is broken, or if you have been hit in the face, do not read a web page. Call us. If it is severe — difficulty breathing or swallowing, or swelling that is spreading — go to an emergency room.
Appointments
Booking through this site sends us a request. An appointment exists once we have confirmed it with you. Online scheduling is handled by a third-party system and is subject to its availability.
If you cannot make it
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel, so the time can go to somebody else who needs it. Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we ask for a deposit to hold future ones.
Messages from us
Program: Dental Artistry appointment reminders and practice communications.
By giving us your phone number or email you agree that we may contact you about your appointments and your care, by call, text or email. Message frequency varies and standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (407) 593-0600. To start again, give us your number again at any visit or over the phone. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of communication we are legally required to send. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our messaging follows HIPAA, the TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
Costs, insurance and financing
Any price shown on this site is a starting figure before insurance. Your own figure is confirmed with you in writing at your examination, before treatment begins. Insurance estimates are estimates: what your plan actually pays is decided by your plan.
Financing is offered through a third party. Approval, rates and terms are theirs, not ours, and applying is between you and them.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate health and contact information, and tell us when it changes. Your safety in the chair depends on it.
- Use these channels for your own care.
- Treat our team civilly. We extend the same to you, without exception.
This site itself
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Dental Artistry unless credited otherwise. Insurer and payment brand names and logos belong to those companies and appear here only to show which plans and methods we accept. Please do not copy the site wholesale.
We keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is never wrong or never down, and we are not responsible for what happens on sites we link to.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site or our messaging after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
